APPLICATION - CREATIVE COMMUNITIES FUND
Welcome creatives!
Remember you are selling the idea of your project to a decision panel, describe it clearly, and show us how it will positively affect your creative practice and/or the lives of our people.
All applications must be;
-Made online via this portal.
-Complete with all necessary documents attached.
-Submitted before the advertised closing date/time.
-Include bank account details for the applicant/ organisation. Please double check this is current, and all the numbers are correct!
-Incomplete or late applications may be deemed ineligible and therefore may not be considered for funding.
When you submit your application, make sure you are somewhere with a good internet connection.
-All applications submitted go onto our server which saves them all, and you will get a message saying it has been received.
-If you need computer access, help completing the online form, or uploading the supporting information and documentation, head to Ōtorohanga Library where the friendly staff can help you get it all done,
or you can email grants@otodc.govt.nz and we can work with you to sort it out.
BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION ENSURE
- Your project has an arts or creative cultural focus
- Your project takes place in the Ōtorohanga District
- All the documents you need to upload, are ready to go and available
- You have answered ALL of the questions in this form, and uploaded your budget information
- You have provided quotes and other financial details
- You have provided other supporting documentation
- BY SUBMITTING YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE DECLARATION
- Make sure you file a copy of your application.
