DRAFT Ōtorohanga District Occupancy Policy and DRAFT Community Occupancy Guidelines

Ōtorohanga District Council has recently approved a new DRAFT Ōtorohanga District Occupancy Policy (policy) and DRAFT Community Occupancy Guidelines (guidelines).

The policy sets out the framework for decision-making regarding occupancy agreements for all council-owned properties, including community groups occupying council community property and the guidelines provide direction for the implementation of the policy.
